I graduated from Texas State University with a Business Management degree. I have since gained experience in sales, financial management, and the oil and gas industry with 5 years of experience as a recruiter. As a financial advisor, I have helped others plan for their financial futures while building life long relationships based off of trust and transparency. Although I’m new to the world of scheduling, I’m dedicated and excited for the opportunity to learn and gain the experience required to become a valuable team member here at HITO.

Sam Griffith has over 7 years of professional experience working with clients in various industries including sales, recruitment, management, and construction. He joined HITO in 2019 as an associate scheduler and has not looked back. Sam is unflappable in moments of tension and, when appropriate, uses humor and compassion to keep the mood light. He has an open and direct communication style, exceptional time management, and attention to detail. He uses these and other skills to keep his schedules up-to-date and accessible to clients for real-time analysis and decision-making. He gets great satisfaction in streamlining processes and bringing clients along with HITO standards and practices. Sam received a bachelor’s degree in business management from Texas State University. While at HITO, he has worked on projects in Portland and Atlanta.
