Ross Roberts has over 20 years of experience in Project Management and Project Controls through all phases of major capital and expansion projects in the utility and energy industries (onshore and offshore). He is skilled at consulting with key technical personnel and coordinating team members and contractors to achieve cost, schedule, quality and safety targets. He develops baselines and establishes progress monitoring and analysis tools to track and assess arising risks to budget, estimate their impact, and he leverages controls insights to affect strategic project decisions and ensure success certainty. He is experienced in managing the engineering, contracting, purchasing and construction phases of major capital projects. Ross has lead project teams around the world, including the USA, Asia and Africa.
